We are an executive meeting room provider based in Chorley Lancashire, in addition to room hire we also offer recruitment services to local business within retail, finance, construction, education, leisure & hospitality sectors

We are the data controller, responsible for the processing of any personal data you give us. We take reasonable care to ensure your information is kept secure and to prevent unauthorised access to or use of it.
Personal Data
Personal Data means any information which can be used to identify you as an individual.
You provide information about yourself when you enquiry about room hire or register with us as a candidate, when you send us your CV, when you send us an email, apply for a role, submit a vacancy, refer a friend or request a call back. We also collect your personal data if your details are publicly available via LinkedIn or if you make contact with us via social media.
When you contact us via email this is stored electronically. We also have a phone log of all calls in and out of the business.
We will always request a candidate give permission for their details to be stored on our database during the initial registration process.

We will collect the following information:
Your Name
Your Address
Your email address
Your telephone number
CV/Work History (for recruitment, not for room hire)
We will also request the following information: (recruitment only)
What type of role you are looking for, Current and sought after salary
Work related information such as education or training undertaken
Driving licence information if needed
We do not hold any financial information with regards to our candidates.
Why we need your personal data
The reason we need the above personal data is to be able to provide our services as a recruitment agency to identify suitable roles for each individual.
We also contact candidates who have given us permission to hold their data by telephone or email if we think there will be suited to roles we are recruiting for.
Who we share your personal data with
The information we obtain from our candidates will be used to identify the most appropriate roles for each candidate. We complete a candidate introduction form and forward to the hiring manager, along with a cv, when we have obtained permission in writing from the candidate to do so.
We will also send out promotional emails with regards suitable roles, recruitment services, advice and market research which we think may be of interest to you. We will use the email address provided by you during the initial registration/enquiry process.
On occasion when Jeff’s Orange Rooms meeting rooms hire do not meet the requirements of the enquirer we operate a referral scheme with a third party. Your personal details will not be sent to this third party without written (email) confirmation from the enquirer that you are happy for us to do so
How long we hold your personal data
We hold personal data for our candidates for as long as they wish to be registered with Jeff’s Orange Rooms Limited. We will delete this data from our database at the candidates request.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, or a copy of the data that we hold about you. You also have the right to be removed from any marketing lists at any time or to make complaint to the data protection supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office, if you have any issues with the collection or use of your personal data.
Withdrawal of Consent
If you have given your written consent to us for the purposes of holding and processing your data, using our services and us finding you a suitable role, you have the right to withdraw this at any time or opt-out of being contacted.
