Once we have a full understanding of your business we write a job advert and job description which will be posted on the job boards, we search for candidates who match the skills needed for the role via job boards, social media, networking and headhunting. All suitable candidates will be fully vetted by our consultants and a short list will then be produced to our client with our recommendations for interview. Jeff's Orange Rooms will manage the recruitment process all the way through from interview to offer stage.

We work to a flat fee structure and offer a no placement no fee service, which in our experience makes life much easier for our client.
